Practice Policies

Scarsdale Dental Associates is a fee-for-service practice with a range of payment options. Our office policy states that patients have full responsibility for payment of the fee at the time services are rendered. We will work with you to review your dental insurance coverage and submit claims to your insurance company for reimbursement on your behalf.

Please review the insurance benefit information provided by your employer to learn more about your insurance coverage. Insurance payment questions must be handled directly with your insurance carrier; however, Scarsdale Dental Associates will provide detailed information to your insurance carrier as needed.

We request that patients give us a 24-hour notification when canceling an appointment.
